Terms of Service

The agreement that governs the relationship between ServiceLine and our clients. Please read these terms carefully before engaging our services.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, submitting an inquiry, or engaging ServiceLine for any services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our website or services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of ServiceLine, including any services related to website design, Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, AI receptionist services, CRM systems, automation, review management, branding, and any other services we may offer.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Services Provided

ServiceLine provides digital marketing, technology, and automation services to home service businesses. Our services may include but are not limited to:

Website design and development, Google Ads campaign management, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising, search engine optimization (SEO), AI-powered receptionist and call handling services, CRM system setup and management, business automation workflows, review management, and branding and logo design.

All services are delivered on a project or retainer basis as outlined in individual service agreements, statements of work, or proposals provided to the client.

Client Responsibilities

To enable us to deliver services effectively, clients agree to:

Provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for the execution of services, including business details, access credentials, brand assets, and any other materials reasonably requested.

Review and respond to deliverables, approvals, and requests for feedback within agreed-upon timeframes to avoid project delays.

Ensure they have the necessary rights and permissions for any content, images, logos, or materials they provide to ServiceLine for use in their projects.

Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials or access we provide and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Payment Terms

Pricing for services is provided in individual proposals, statements of work, or service agreements. All fees are quoted in US dollars unless otherwise specified.

Payment terms, including deposit requirements, milestones, and recurring billing schedules, are outlined in each client's service agreement. Late payments may result in suspension of services.

Certain services, such as advertising and ongoing automation subscriptions, may involve recurring charges. Clients may cancel recurring services according to the cancellation terms in their service agreement.

All fees are non-refundable except as expressly provided in the applicable service agreement or as required by law.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment for services, ServiceLine grants clients ownership or a perpetual license to the final deliverables as specified in the individual service agreement. This typically includes website designs, custom graphics, and other creative work produced specifically for the client.

ServiceLine retains ownership of all pre-existing materials, tools, frameworks, code libraries, methodologies, and know-how used in the delivery of services.

Clients retain ownership of their business names, logos, trademarks, and any content or materials they provide to us.

ServiceLine reserves the right to display completed work in our portfolio, on our website, and in marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Third-Party Services

Our services may involve the use of third-party platforms and tools, including but not limited to advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads), hosting providers, domain registrars, AI service providers, CRM platforms, and analytics services.

ServiceLine is not responsible for the actions, policies, or service interruptions of third-party providers. Clients are responsible for complying with the terms of service of any third-party platforms used in connection with our services.

Where third-party services require direct payment (such as advertising spend, domain registration, or software subscriptions), these costs are the client's responsibility unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.

Limitation of Liability

ServiceLine provides services on an 'as available' basis. While we strive for excellence in all deliverables, we make no guarantees regarding specific business outcomes, lead volumes, revenue increases, or other performance metrics unless explicitly stated in a written service agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ServiceLine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from or related to our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client to ServiceLine in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Cancellation & Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement according to the cancellation terms specified in that agreement. Notice periods and any applicable early termination fees will be outlined in the individual service agreement.

Upon termination, clients are responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the date of termination. ServiceLine will provide a reasonable transition of deliverables and assets as specified in the service agreement.

ServiceLine reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if the client breaches these terms, fails to make payments, or engages in conduct that violates applicable laws or third-party platform policies.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes business strategies, client data, pricing information, and technical specifications.

Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of the service agreement and continue for a period of two years thereafter, except for information that becomes publicly available through no fault of the receiving party.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which ServiceLine operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
